There are many, and the best general site is http://seekingalpha.com/etf

and look at the "editor's listings". Among those that I hold are PCY and BWX, which pay small monthly income in sheltered accounts, but one favorite among many financial advisers is TIP, a Lehman index fund of U.S. Treasury-Inflation Protected Securities. When (probably next year) all this fiat money being injected causes inflation to ramp up, the TIPs will become much more valuable.

Note that, since 1998, the inflation adjustment for TIPs = >34%, so if you held $10,000 in TIPs at issuance in 1998, they'd now be "worth" about $13440, and paying about 3-4% in semiannual dividends. These are for tax-sheltered accounts, because the interest is taxable each year.
