The Yahoo finance link (http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=xkn) shows the dividend as N/A. The Yahoo historical prices link (http://finance.yahoo.com/q/hp?s=XKN&a=9&b=9&c=2003&d=9& ;e=7&f=2008&g=d&z=66&y=0) shows that the past dividends were paid in May and November of each year. Neither Yahoo nor Bigcharts show any news on this ticker stating that the dividend won't be paid.

That doesn't guarantee that the dividend will be paid, or that it will be paid at the same amount as it was previously. You could certainly do some searching on the internet to see if there are any announcements about the dividend coming up, but in this market, it might be safer to see if the November dividend is paid, and at what amount, and then use that information to aid in your decision making moving forward.
