The only one in your list I might be willing to nibble at is MOO if you are a long term investor. My advice would be to invest maybe 25% of your normal allocation and then watch for opportunities to dollar cost average!

From personal experience I have found that the biggest mistakes I have made in investing is BUYING TOO SOON for fear that a particular stock will get away from me, but the market has regular swings in both directions and it is rarely a good strategy to chase a stock or BUY the full amount you want to hold in one trade.

Yes, especially with the stocks/funds you just named.

This market has been sliding for a couple of weeks...try catching a falling dagger and you'll likely get cut.

If you're a short term trader then just follow the trend. if you're a long term investor, then wait this one out until prices stabilize, then step in and buy like crazy!

Don't give in to temptation . . . that being said, I did, and now I've been chewed up. I won't panic and sell, though, because the market is like a pendulum. It swings both ways and eventually will settle in the middle.

Wait awhile longer. The market will turn around. Remember (although I forget who I'm quoting), buy on the sound of war cannons and sell on the sound of victory trumpets (maybe Warren Buffet???). The war cannons have only recently been sounding, so give them a short amount of time to "vibrate" and when they appear to be on an even keel, then buy like its the last stock on earth.

MOO is a long term play. However there are outstanding companies worldwide in this sector which will outperform market irrespective of the economic conditions.

FXI also is a good long term play. However if you can invest FXI in new lows you will be able to get some above average returns
