I think anybody trying to predict what's gonna happen this week might as well be throwing darts at a board. We've reached a new high in terms of volatility - the VIX hit 75 on Friday - there's no way to call what will happen day-to-day. My advice: sit tight, wait this thing out and after that, only buy what you know!

I do not think any body can predict 100% correctly.

CUWu following statement is very important:

Only buy what you know.

Markets are unpredictable. All depends on how market forces react to the situation.

At the moment crowd behavior and market psychology has become more important than other factors

However As per book called the next bubble boom

-written by Harry S.Dent, Jnr

He says:

Bubble after bubble in the ongoing bubble boom:

Oil bursts, the Housing Bubble fades, and stocks emerge into a Greater Bubble That Finally ends in 2010.’

In that book also have mentioned:

We as investors need to first accept that we are in a bubble boom, and hence, should continue to expect stronger booms and busts in rotating sectors until this growth boom or bubble stage in the eighty-year New Economic cycle is over around 2010, when baby-boom spending and new technology penetration rates are projected to peak.

It further says: Next decade belongs to Asia. He encourages to invest in Asia.

Now I can believe him. Some of his forecasts are correct. It is happening one by one.

Now It is time to invest in next rotating sectors.
