Options Trading 101: From Theory to Application by Bill Johnson is about 2/3rds fundamentals in great detail with the last third on strategies based on your understanding of the fundamentals. I consider Bill Johnson as the best options teacher out there. You will learn the basics and the simple strategies better from this book than you will find anywhere on the internet.
For anaylsis, the trading platform from Think or Swim has the best options analysis capabilities. Options and stock quotes are real time and the analysis keeps up with the real time quotes.

Ihave to agree withrvilmur. Bill Johnson is an exceptional teacher of options. He is also with Options University. You might check them out as they have some of the no B.S. info on options that you will find out there anywhere.
