Whiteshadow and ShoeMan, I'm not sure why you aren't getting your e-mail reports, you may want to contact the customer service dept. You can always read the reports by just going to www.thetycoonreport.com

I've gotten mine. Check to see that your email program is not blocking emails from them. When was the last time you ran ScanDisk on your computer? If there is an error on your system this may correct it.
