Do not sell quality stocks and keep them till market recover. Can you remember after 1987 market crash how some stocks recover within one year and some are within 04 months.
Generally Long term investors and intelligent investors do not sell their stocks in market like today. Some investors and cash rich funds will buy more and more stocks in the near future if it go below 2003 low.

My plan is same as it is now. Stay flat (unless shorting) and continue watching sector performance that would most likely rebound quicker when the markets do 'bottom' . Kind of vague but - hey - we've never been here before and most everyone is sitting on their hands. VIX has to come back down, sentiment has to get positive, public has to get comfortable investing again - new leadership can help turn the sentiment but it will take some time. Patience....
