Well most folks are still looking for the commercial real estate market to decline. In an orderly fashion compared to the housing market. So moving their money away from real estate stocks such as Simon Properties ect. Like the rest of the market it that ETF is also getting a lot of forced selling positions. As retail continues to be weak so goes the SRS marketplace as more open floor space is no longer rented or if it is, its rented out at a lower square foot cost, hurting profit margins.
