Time to time, we will see all types of trends such as bullish trend, bearish trend and side way trends in 2009. Those who can identify correct stocks, sectors, instruments will have above average returns in 2009.
First time in investment history less popular, underinvested sector will outperform market in 2009. There are plenty of quality stocks in this sector available globally now. Not only will this sector outperform market in 2009 but also in the next two decades. There will be more demand than supply for these products in the next two decades.
Some beating down stocks and sectors with good fundamentals will appreciate gradually.
Strong banks, some regional banks will appreciate gradually. Companies with less competition, with local demand will also will benefit in 2009.
Some Stocks, commodities, assets, ETFS has come down by more than 70% now. . These assets will go down further. Some outstanding next rotating sectors, neglected sectors will appreciate dramatically.
