What is the best way or course to learn E-Minis Futures Day Trading?

Am just starting out in E-Minis as I see it as a better market for individual retail home/day traders. If you haven't heard about it or not traded it I'm still interested in your answers as to whether I should start out in another market or do short-selling then options then advance to futures and other derivitives. I'm young and keen.

I've traded the E-minis as well as a number of other instruments and would say that I think the S&P and Nas e-minis are very difficult to day trade. I think they're more suited for longer time frames due to the enormous amount of intraday volatility inherent in these contracts. But that's just a personal opinion. I still day trade the SSO and SDS based on what I see SPH9 and what I learned trading ES back in the day.

I know this isn't the answer you want to hear. But I think the best way to learn how to daytrade ES is to paper trade it. Everyday. From 9:30am-4pm for about 6 months with CNBC on in front of you. You should also watch all the major sectors and EUR and JPY as well. After that if you're profitable, you can start day trading it live.
