I have not been able to cancel my ETF Master Trader membership, no response since 21 Nov
I wasn't able to get throuh to customer service, I sent several messages since 21 Nov 08, asking for cancellation of my ETF Master Trader membership after the first month, mainly for financial reasons. I didn't receive any response so far. Tried to phone, phone numbers didn't work somehow from Canada, I don't use outlook email, hot mail didn't work. I do not want to be charged the $199 from December on my card, I am in difficul financial situation. How can I get my request through? Can someone help? Thanks, m__muller@sympatico.ca. It is not right place to ask, but I do not know where (I tried the 'contact' , no response). Thanks.
