Not at the top of my list in tech. They do have a good product line and just added a 3G phone, but the mobile sector is starting to slow, so they are selling into a smaller pool. Their dividend looks safe, and their debt doesn't look bad, but they don't seem to have the upside of some other stocks.

There will be lot of competition in the telecom sector including mobile sector through out the world. Sooner than later some telecom and mobile companies will end up with bankrupt. There will be less demand for mobile phones as well.
As Readytoretire said definitely mobile sector will slow. This is not the sector to put money to take above average returns in the next 05 years.
