Hershey has already started changing its formula for *some* of its chocolate offerings, which is supposed to offset the rise in cocoa, however they also changed the taste and how it can be used beyond their packaging as well.

The price of cocoa is still nowhere near its price this summer, so it shouldn't impact Hershey until it gets close to the price it was this summer.
