I think it will go higher as long as no really bad numbers are announced from companies that remind us of where we are at. The volume will be lighter than normal, so the numbers won't have much meaning.

There will be some positive developments in the market in addition to volatility.
I think within next three months there will be very strong rebound in equities, followed by a selloff in bonds.
