Don't really know, 'ceptin if you think the market has bottomed now and go full bore investing now you might end up using the blade to slash your wrists.

It refers to the idea that Gillette came up with on marketing and sales. You give away (or price it real cheap) the permanent part of something, and then make money on selling the disposable part of the item. Like razors, which only use a particular razorblade, or plug-in air freshener, etc. Even to the Xbox 360, it still works.
