would "DIA,DBC,EFA" be a good diversified choice to re-enter the market?

I'm digesting "8 answsers. CFA sold port-lost25% Will take 6yrs @ 6% to even out. I don't want to lose like this again. I picked +/- 7% for 10-20yrs.wants to put me back in now to catch the up...advisor says it could drop below 7000... but I would be in.I'm trying to learn,...I just need a 2nd opinion....thanks.
