A Chaos Theory viewpoint the Dow just went thru a change of direction in Jan when it
peaked @ 9K and slid to @ 8K where it is now in oscillation mode of +/-300 about an inclined down axis, so it could go back up to say 8200 by next week but is due to do a
couple of more oscillations before a significant change of direction, perhaps a falloff
when reality sets in that $700B only amounts to $2K per person- not much effect.
