With the ETE_UUP >22 should one be moving out of comodities and into something else?

Recently Teeka mentioned in a webcast that when the ETE_UUP goes .22 indicating the US $ gaining strength , one should move out of commodidtes. With gold and mining securities nearing the top of the Bollinger bands should one be taking profits, then buying back in when the stochastics go below 20 or hang in there for them to reach new highs??
