I'm not sure what you are asking here.

I have a system that I use that doesn't worry about who take over what, or where the profits of each company are heading, etc. It pulls stocks from a database of highly qualified (Fundamentally) stocks. Then, my "meat" of the system ("MFA1") gives me "BUY" signals once the system parameters are triggered.

The system has been proven to be approx. 80% accurate (meaning tha approx. 80% of all stock picks provide positive returns) and provides annualized returns of anywhere from 15-75% over the last 3 years.

So, as you can tell to some extent, I don't rely on much Fundamental analysis.

More details can be provided to you if you would like. Just send me an e-mail request if you are interested.

The same thing as if some other person or company where to take over Citi. They can either buy your stock from your a turn the bank private. Which I really don't see happening. They would have to come up with even more money. And that is not going to make the tax payers happy. They just might fire the lawmakers next election.
Or keep the Citi name a let the share holders remain as is (part investors with the government). Basically, business as usual.
