I live on Long Island in NY & every couple of miles I see stores for rent by Kimco, is SRS be a good way to go

You could compare Kimco to SRS here: http://www.nasdaq.com/aspx/stock-comparison.aspx?symbol=kim&selected=k im Just add SRS symbol into a box. I do know that Kimco is the largest mall reit. Reits have take quite a beating lately because they are so dependent on bank financing.
