I think we will finally see a bounce in the market before it goes to as low as 3000 in the 2nd half of 2009.
I think we should not worry much about volatility in the market now. We had two wars, recessions and market crashers etc. Eventually market recovered.
This is the time to invest in next rotating sectors, simple businesses and companies that going to make profit in the next financial year and next o5 years to take advantage in sector oriented bull markets.

I kind of doubt that it will drop below 6500 this week, but it is certainly possible, and I would expect it to go a fair lower before we hit the true market bottom in the coming months. Personally I suspect that 3,000 predicted by MNSL may be an over-estimate of how low it will go, but I'd expect to see the bottom somewhere in the 4,500 to 6,000 range.
