Hard to say. On the one hand, he has been with the company since it was founded, so in that regard, it would be bad for the stock/company. On the other hand, the stock has gone down a lot from its high, and it currently has a P/E of 46, so it looks like they need to do something to get back on track. So I think the net result of the change will depend on who they get in to replace him.
