Do as TBone says. Never click on a link within an e-mail you received from an unknown sender.

Could not read your entire question. It was cut short. Could be a scam or just an advertising campaign to get you to buy or join whatever it is that they are promoting. Everyone who received it is a "verified recipient". Whoever sent you this sent it out to about a million other people. That's how you got it. It's called spam.
Don't give out any personal financial info or send anyone money who you don't know. Don't ever click on a link within an email that looks like it has come from your bank or a financial service like Paypal that you have an account with. It could be a fake. Type into your browser or go to a good known link you might have saved in your Favorites folder or some other place. And click on that link. Any email that states that your account has been suspended or put on hold or some other similar type phrase, and that you need to verify your account info to reactivate your account is a scam.
