Experience with Global International Trading in Japan
I have been approached by the company Global International Trading based in japan to invest into Sierra Explorations (SRAE) has anybody any experience with one of them?

I wouldn't trust this firm or this stock. The stock appears to be having its demand artificially pumped up by someone (probably the trading firm you're referring to and other folks). I did a quick search on this firm in Google and it appears they've been touting other pink sheet stocks for a long time now.
Pink sheet stocks in general are unsafe investments as they lack the standard reporting requirements that most publicly traded companies have to adhere to. I'd STAY AWAY from Global International Trading and SRAE!

Dave Diggz is right! Don't even think about earning money with such companies. I have invested in shares recommended by Global international trading (Japan) 8 months back. They commited funds return within 4 working days and till date I am still waiting and chasing them to get my investment back. If someone else see this note, please do share your experience on this forum as we can try to stop people making a big mistake..

I have recently been approached by G.I.T to purchase SRAE. They were somehow aware that I held X stock in Global Food Technologies and offered me the following exchange trade:
" Please see the proposal below, for your consideration.
BUY 25,000 SRAE at $2.00 per share VALUE 50,000 USD
SELL 60,000 GFT at $0.70 per share CREDIT 42,000USD
AMOUNT PAYABLE $ 8,000
This proposal is good in part or in total, subject to the ratio of the above.

I am told that SRAE would buy GFT as a tax write off...
I have received many calls from other operators' offering similar deals and was badly bitten once. Don’t wish to make the same mistake...
