Do you think Dndn will continue to rise, after the good news is out? What would make it go further up?

For a short while yes. I think you can probably catch a few points on a short term trade tomorrow. The real rise could/should come when they sign a major distribution partner. So this actually might be a good long term hold, however expect some volatility.
