Bottomed or peaked? They're latest earnings report showed increasing penetration with the consumer rather than their usual corporate customers. Much better penetration than expected. That's great. But how much will the average consumer pay for data services? I've run up $600 bills on my company phone on a monthly basis and guess what? I don't care. I'm telling you right now, I'll never do that on my personal phone.
