I think you mean the "pink sheets". Essentially, the pink sheets are an unregular "over the counter" stock exchange. The companies that trade on the pink sheets are typically lower priced penny stocks. These stocks are often open to fraud and manipulation. Reason being, stocks that trade on the pink sheets don't have to meet the same minimum reporting requirements and oversight that other publicly traded companies do.
I'd stay away from the pink sheets at all costs!
