Not a chance. Mortgage resets are coming in another 12 months and commercial real estate still has a long way to fall. The real estate sector still has A LOT of risk and downside baked into it. I'd wait this out a while longer - especially on a 2x real estate ETF (2 times the upside also means 2 times the downside).
