I expect MBIA to reach $15 after a reverse split or never. Whichever happens first.

In all honesty, I do think this company is worthless and will eventually be folded into Chapter 11. Their business model is broken and they have no way of generating new revenue. They're just living off of the business that they've already booked and can not support their liabilities.
