Possibly, but just realize that at these levels it's a pure crap shoot. Settling their patent litigation with Samsung is a huge plus for this company but it's still trading well below $1. I'm thinking that the best case scenario here is that Spansion gets acquired due to its dismal market cap.

But again, this would be a total bet at these levels.
