Are any companies offering benefit packages for stockholders?I want to know about benefits, other than dividends. Like health insurance, discounts, specials, and so on.

Yes, it's called a dividend and is usually paid quarterly. But some trusts pay them on a monthly basis and the real winners (free cash flow machines) pay out special ones every so often because they're making too much money!

I have not heard of a company doing that. Many companies are dropping benefits for their employees, so they would be really un-inclined to offer them for their stockholders. And once they sell the stock the first, they have no interest in whether it goes up or not. Of course, if it goes up, the high up bosses get stock options, so they like it. And they can issue less amount of stock to raise more capital. But when it is sold, it doesn't impact them as they aren't the current owner. So for them to offer much that costs them money... I do know of some small companies (typically not on the big boards) that do offer some discounts/specials. But most of these are closely held.
