I do not see a specific stock being quoted so your question can only be answered in generic terms. Many companies once established and making consistent profits will offer dividends to make their stock more attractive and retain shareholders.
Assuming continued growth and profitability they will seek to increase dividend payments from year to year, however slightly as decreasing a dividend is usually a negative for the stock price good management will remain conservative given the ups and downs in business cycles.
