why is this stock ( bank ) so sluggish ?

seems like it was on the move 2-3 weeks ago but then it dived and has done very little since.

It looks like the mov ein the stock was due to US Bank giving the company some breathing room on a line of credit they had coming due ( http://www.marketwatch.com/news/story/anchor-bancorp-wisconsin-inc-announc es/story.aspx?guid={9F9B1668-8846-49F3-BCFE-7769696E741D}&dist=msr_1 ) . However, they still have a short period of time to work through these financial difficulties and that's likely keeping pressure on the stock price. It'll be interesting to see what happens when May comes around.
