Is your question:

1. What is the total value of all of the companies that trade on the NASDAQ stock exchange?

OR

2. What is the market value of the NASDAQ itself?

If it's number 1 then the answer is $2.04 trillion. You can calculate the answer by taking the Wilshire index data on the total market cap of all publicly traded companies and then calculating how much of that value is made up by NASDAQ stocks. You can see the raw data here:

If your question was 2, then the answer is $4.06 billion. You can find that out by pulling up a quote for NDAQ and checking the market capitalization.
