I'm Quite Interseted in Tech-Stocks.. recently i heard above eBay's IPO for Skype.

Depending on the offering price, I'd be a buyer. Skype isn't a bad business at all - eBay just paid too much for it and it had NO connection to eBay's core business. Skype's user base is growing every single day, it's clearly the dominant player in the PC-to-Phone VoIP market and the company has a proven business model. The company is expecting their revenues to double by 2011 - and I don't think that it's unrealistic at all.
