Why can't i find the lastest chart of Shuaiyi International New Resources Development Inc. (SYID) ?
it seems SYID has in NASDAQ， but i can't find the latest three days' stock price

On june 12 they filed to register one million shares and applied to do a reverse split. They are expecting a new CUPID number for the new shares. Another possible reason is the stock has only traded 7 days in the last 6 months. The max number of shares traded on a single day within that period was 175 shares. As soon as someone buys some shares the charts will probably be upgraded. I think I'd look for a company with a lot higher volume. http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=SYID

Sorry, they are not waiting for a CUSIP number, they are waiting for a new symbol to be listed on the OTCBB exchange. Document was dated May 26, so SYID may be the new symbol. It most likely is.
