$50.00 dollars, your first shares bought are your first ones sold, so you bought your first 100 at $1.00 and you sold them at $1.50,,,,, for $50.00 , your remaining 200 shares would have u down $50.00 at the same time you sold your first shares at $1.50

Assuming your purchasing another 100 shares at 2.00 you would have spent 300 in total, $100 for the first 100 shares, and $200 for the second 100 shares. You would then be in possesion of 200 shares, and have spent $300. After your sale at 1.50 you would have 100 shares remaining and have made $150 on that sale.
Your net position would be 100 shares of the company, and you would currently be down, $150. (300-150)

Your even, minus commissions.
100@1
100@2
300 spent for 200 shares.
average cost is 1.50.
If you buy 200 shares for 1.50, then sell 100 shares for 1.50, then you broke even on the ones you sold (although commissions make you slightly negative), and your still holding 100 shares which may still generate a gain or a loss.
