I've been following ctic for a while and everything is looking great. Why else would institutions be buying in the millions? I STRONGLY believe CTIC to be VERY profitable in the near future and I rate it as a STRONG BUY. Do your DD and decide for yourself. Never listen to anyone's opinion online including mine.
