How the iSHARE FIX track FTSE/XINHUA China 25 index?

I want you to know that I am a man who will be 100% honest with you and if I had help I would be writing advice for a fee.
This index is supposed to track the stocks within it exactly to there quoted prices. But in the recent past (do not remember, 2 or 3 years ago) it was manlipulated by (ms or gs, I forget but it was one of these two trading firms) for a great profit.
I believe the regulators had know about this but to my knowledge nothing was ever done about it.
Right now there is a 12 hour difference in time but many of the individual stocks traded in this index are also traded on our American markets as ADR's.
Now you can understand how it can be manlipulated.
Even though these things had taken place I still like this investment vehicle, and this is why I responded to your question.
