what happens to my shares of SORCQ? is it all gone worthless?

I bought shares of sorcq and now it is delisted. Are my shares worthless? Do I need to contact my broker to terminate the shares or is the Private company going to pay for the shares at x value?

They are most likely worthless. Call your broker to confirm. If they are, all you can do is write it off on your taxes.
