I'm considering buying Lifetime Fitness ( LTM) Your thoughts please

I am a member of Lifetime Fitness & everytime I go I have to wait for a parking space no matter what time of day. Net income is up over 15% each year for the past few 3 years. This was a $61 stock a year ago & now it's $19. There seems to be alot of upside to this stock. Your thoughts Tks.
