I would like to know if I could buy WALMART DE MEXICO ADR on NASDAQ?

You should be able to buy this ADR through a traditional or on-line broker. I fail to see the relevance of how they do it (i.e. it probably will come from a secondary market, not NASDAQ)....

I was able to find two matches: WMMVF & WMMVY. I agree with DCR, work with your broker to purchase these stocks.
