I would advise you save the money that will most likely be lost buying these "lottery ticket" style investments. I agree with Paul, in that you'd be better served investing elsewhere. I wouldn't suggest dividend stocks - i prefer uptrending growth stocks with good fundamentals - but penny stocks are dangerous, and you need to keep that in mind.
