mortgage rates?
I have to lock into my mortgage rate in 5 days to hit a specific closing date? Is there a chance at all that the rates will come down, in those fine days or even in the next week and a half?

We are getting a lit dip in the last couple of days, but the future trend is undoubtedly higher. Lock it in while you can!

the rates will most likely be where they are at right now, i dont see how they will change that quick to your favor in a week, like paulrubillo said lock in these rates now, it might go lower in a few months but the trend is higher ....

If you get a day where there is a weak economic report, and bonds do well, lock in on that day.
