I would like to know if you qould recommend a buy, hold or sell for target (TGT), and why.

I'd say hold/sell.
Its PE ratio is about 15, so fairly average.
Its growth over the last 5 years has been about 10% a year, also fairly average.
I really don't see anything outstanding about this stock.
On the other hand, i don't like their debt situation. Debt:Equity ratio is 132% (50% or less is what i aim for), and their current ratio is 1.71 (most analysts want to see at least 2 on this metric).
From a technical analysis standpoint, there seems to be some resistance at 42, and some more at 44.50, so I would want to see it go above those levels before buying.
