Last trade given by Yahoo Finance was March 7 at the price of $0.0001; so consider it a potential tax write off. You do have to have a purchase price and date to take the loss. The current symbol is TWND.PK which means that if it trades at all it is on the Pink Sheets.

The last quote given on this company at Marketwatch was March 7, 2007. Plus, I couldn't find any kind of data (news, charts, company info, nothing). Not even historical quote data. I'd say that this company is out of business
