I have 5000 shares bought at $19.20 - I am a short term trader what shall be the target by month end?

If you are asking that type of question, you should have not gambled with almost $100,000. TCL in general has not been a trending stock in the last several years but just moves up and down in a broad range with the general market. There is no way to put a target on this type of stock. The recent high around 26 would have been a good place to dump it. Now it is lower and will probably continue to move with the broad market which I expect to go down.
