All full service brokers are commission driven; so you will need to make your own stock selections and buy and sell what you want when you want. There are a variety of online brokerage companies that charge reasonable commissions when you specify a trade. They will not bother you to make trades; you must make all trading decisions. I have had good experiences with TD Ameritrade and Think or Swim.
