No, C is a sell as it is still hiding large losses and will have to dilute current shareholders by a large factor in order to raise enough capital to stay solvent.

rvilmur is correct. Plus, the markets right now are over bought. When this short term bull that it has been it since March turns into a bear, which today dipped below the support level (a bear sign), this stock will follow right along. Right now, with current conditions, this a terrible price to buy. Wait for it to turn bearish. And then when that bear again turns into a bull, that's when you should buy.
