How real is today's JPM Nasdaq high?

Nasdaq lists it as 38.36; Smartmoney lists it as 39.47. The 39.47 is consistent elsewhere, but someplaces list it as 38.50. The time of this post is: 1:43 pm, and the false-quote on JPM has existed since the opening, with no one questioning it, or correcting it.
